One of Tespack’s core products started with solar backpacks. We envisioned to generate energy in remote locations. We started with hikers, extreme explorers and astronauts.
What we did not know at the time, is that we were one of the first companies in the world to commercialize (successfully) wearable technology to mainstream markets such as Intersports, Scandinavian outdoors and other shops and malls around Europe and the world. This was before google glass.
We have proudly filed for different patents on different technologies in this area.
We are one of the first companies to combine electronics, fabrics and batteries into consumer products. We kept on innovating in other areas such as helmets, energy vests and wireless satellite phone chargers.

The “successful” combination of wearable technology is challenging. Both industries are completely opposite to each other. One focuses on practicality and results; the other one on looks, trends and fashion. One is ever-evolving the other one is not. Fashion trends come back all the time. Technology evolves everyday. Combining both is a challenging enterprise; as maintaining something functional and beautiful is challenging.
The process of manufacturing is more complex; the fusion of both industries needs to be combined in the assembly line of fabrics and electronics in one. Tespack has worked many years in the industry with wearable products mastering the art science and fashion in one.
BATTERY IN NEAR BODY APPLICATION PRODUCTS
Data, batteries and fabrics (or plastics), the wholly trinity of wearables depend heavily on safe battery implementation. Would you use the same batteries of mobile phones in a helmet? Considering that some have ignited and exploited in the past, we assume your answer is a "No". As a born wearables tech company we have researched this deeply. We use the correct battery tech and chemistry in order to safeguard the user and project.
WIRELESS CHARGING (Mechanical and Qi standard)
We have produced charging solutions for different partners. From satellite phones to cars. Some use cables, others wireless tech (we use the Qi standard) and others mechanical connectors. Fabric products sometimes need a different approach to charge. We have tested and produced many.
ATROTUS SOLAR HELMET
We have been the first company to prototype the first solar functional helmet in the world. With built in electronics and solar panels with 22% efficiency ( we have patents on the manufacturing process of these solar panels). The implementation of batteries and the manufacturing processes has been tested. The applications for this technology are limitless. More recording time (action cameras), more statistics (built in sensors), connectivity enabled (App controlling).
