Last week Tespack embarked on a quest to the beautiful city of Antalya (Turkey) to compete amongst the best Technology Startups in Europe and West Asia (Eurasia) at the well known Startup Turkey gathering. This event is an international competition that gathers the biggest and best Technology Startups, investors and technology experts from the area. More than 6500 International companies apply each year to participate, however only 50 can be chosen in order to compete at the event. From the 50 only 15 are able to get one of the 15 slots in the Finals and get the opportunity to become the winner of Eurasia!

Tespack WINS at Startup Turkey & Gets Supported by GE!

We are really proud to announce that this year Tespack was sponsored by GE after being selected among thousands of other applicants from their global network of supported companies to represent at the prestigious Startup Turkey Event, where we were chosen as the WINNER from the Top 50 Startups in Eurasia!

Our CEO Mario Aguilera pitched at the Event introducing our upcoming Ultra-Fast-safe charging technology and explained our vision on how we are making energy generation mobile in the consumer sector.
He presented a working prototype of our new ultra-fast charging technology and the judges agreed that our vision was not only theoretical but tangible. Our battery technology allows us to recharge 5000 mAh (equivalent to almost 3 batteries of a smartphone) within only 12 minutes.
That’s right, 12 minutes, as life is too short to be plugged to a wall and the name for this revolutionary product is Atrotus (Latin for invulnerable/Invincible).

ATROTUS: The First Solar Smart Helmet of its kind

Atrotus”, the first Solar Smart Helmet in the world with IoT and ultra fast charge, is able to provide constant energy to any action sports camera providing longer footage time (between 10-15 hours)  but most importantly provides safety to people using action cameras in the sports market.

Attaching action cameras to helmets has been proven to be a danger as we have witnessed cases such as Michael Schumacher (7 times F1 world champion) .

Action cameras attached to helmets have caused numerous accidents in the Action sports industry as it compromises the structure of the helmet. Atrotus is the first helmet designed in order to use action cameras safely and also extend battery life. It can maintain its internal battery level  by using solar energy and has a Smart Application that informs the best way to Solar charge the internal battery (better efficiency).

It features key statistics used by people in the field of snowsports.  Bringing also other cool  IoT features for connectivity and safety.

This technology and helmet are currently being reviewed for military usage as it can power also military equipment while providing safety, as the battery technology is inherently stable in high thermal case scenarios.

Atrotus is going into production late June and presales will start end of this Month through our Website.

Get to Witness Atrotus: The First Smart Solar Helmet

We are really honoured and grateful to Startup Turkey, General Electric, Tespack community and our other Partners for all the Support! We will continue bringing the #FutureOfEnergy to the market!
