We currently accept payments from Paypal, Online Banking (Verkkopankit), iDeal and major credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard (use Paytrail for this). You are also more than welcome to pop in to our shop/offices for paying and picking up your products for free.

Shipping

Orders

When you place an order you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that you have placed and paid for your order. We will notify you by email, when we have shipped your order.

Shipping Time

We aim to ship your order within 2 working days from the day you placed the order. We have our warehouses in Finland, Netherlands and in Spain and we always aim to ship your order from the closest warehouse. We offer different shipping methods and the shipping time depends on the method you choose when placing the order. With Free Shipping, we will use GLS or local shipping couriers in Europe (depending on your location) and the typical shipping time is between 2-7 working days from the moment we ship your order. This shipping method is only available for EU. With UPS Express shipping the shipping time is between 2-4 working days from the moment we ship your order. For worldwide shipping (outside EU), the shipping time is between 2-4 working days for UPS Express Shipping.

Cancelling Order

Under the European Consumer Protection Act you have a right to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing by sending us an email to support@tespack.com within 14 days from the day after you received your order. No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection Law once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason. We will refund the purchase price of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product. We will also refund the cost of standard or recorded postage (the cheapest available shipping method) incurred returning a product, if incorrectly sent by us or where the product has been returned due to a defect.
